Ingredients – Gingelly, Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli, Cumin, Turmeric, Green & Black Cardamom, Cassia Bark, Nutmeg, Mace, Caraway, Corn Starch, Hing (Asafoetida), Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Horse Gram, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Fennel Seeds, lodized Salt, Cashewnut, Tomato Powder, Milk Powder.

 

Cooking Instruction

Contains Salt too.
1. Soak 50 g of Multiflakes Instant Paneer Butter Masala Gravy Powder in 100 ml of warm water for 5-6 mins.
2. Heat 60 ml of edible oil and 20 g of butter in a pan. Add chopped 1 medium onion and 2 medium tomatoes. Shallow fry until golden. Add the soaked masala gravy paste and cook on medium flame for 5-6 mins until it turns: tempting red & the oil appears on the surface.
3. Adjust gravy consistency by adding water & boil it on low flame for 8-10 mins. (Remember! Masala already contains salt).
4. Add 250-300g paneer cubes, add 50 g of Fresh Cream or malai, 50g of butter. Off the flame cover by lid & leave it for 2 mins to enhance the aroma. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
Note: Shallow fry paneer in 1 tsp butter for 30sec before adding to gravy.
