Contains Salt too.
1. Soak 80 g of Multiflakes Instant Mutton Masala Gravy Powder in 140 ml of warm water for 5-6 mins.
2. Heat 120 ml of edible oil in a pan. Add chopped 1 medium onion. Fry until golden. Add the soaked masala gravy paste and cook on a medium flame for 5-6 mins until it turns tempting red and the oil appears on the surface.
3. Add 500 g of Mutton pieces. Fry it along with masala paste for 2-3 mins. Add water as per required consistency of gravy you wish. As salt is present in masala, add after tasting.
4. Cook in Pressure Cooker for getting soft texture of mutton. 2 whistles on high! flame and 2 whistles on low flame. Turn; off the flame. Let the cooker get cool. Garnish it with the fresh Chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
Note: Wash mutton with 5-6 drops of vinegar & water before cooking.
