Contains Salt too.
1. Soak 80 g of Multiflakes Instant Chicken' Masala Gravy Powder in 140 ml of warm water for 5-6 mins.
2. Heat 120 ml of edible oil in a pan and shallow fry one medium chopped onion & tomato till golden brown, then add soaked masala gravy paste in pan & roast on a medium flame for 5-6 mins till the oil appears on the masala paste with a tempting red color.
3. Add 500 g of chicken pieces. Fry it along with masala paste for 2-3 mins! Add water as per required consistency of gravy you wish. As salt is present in masala, add it after tasting.
4. Cover the pan with lid till the chicken: get cooked. Off the flame and leave it for 2 mins, to enhance the aroma of gravy. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
Note: Wash chicken with 5-6 drops of vinegar & water before cooking.
